I had an excellent experience with the consulting services for my child’s school-related challenges. The consultant was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand our situation in detail. They provided practical strategies, clear guidance, and emotional support that helped us navigate school related concerns much more confidently. So far my daughter has seen the counsellor (Angelique Fokas) 3 times and really enjoys and values her sessions with Angelique. Also, she has had one session with Zahra Kais (via video conference) and thoroughly enjoyed this session too! I feel like both Angelique and Zahra are genuinely dedicated towards finding solutions for their clients and both seem very knowledgeable in terms of theory but importantly, they also seem keen to apply their knowledge in practical situations! My family and I are looking forward to working with ASK Counselling to help my daughter achieve her goals. Also, Helen Poulos who runs ASK Counselling, has been a pleasure to deal with. 👍

Helen has been supporting me as I navigate the world with later-in-life neurodivergence diagnoses, something I only thought to seek out after my child was diagnosed and each step of that process was literally head cannon after head cannon after head cannon. Learning how to best support myself has been instrumental in learning how to best support my child. Helen went above and beyond with helping me begin my journey of healing and self discovery. I have struggled with years of mental health issues and been reluctant to seek support until this year when I experienced so many painful losses and changes in my life that I realised I finally needed to take action. Helen has been an incredible support for our family. Her approach is holistic and recognises that addressing physical, emotional, social and even financial wellbeing as so interconnected. So appreciative of my sessions with Helen! She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also warm and caring.
